We offer a combined Home Information Pack and Conveyancing service enabling us to streamline the whole transaction for you. Because we see all the relevant property information from the outset we are in a good position to merge HIPs with the conveyancing aspects of property sales for your benefit. However, whether you are selling, buying, re-mortgaging, renting, leasing or letting a property - be it a house, a flat, or maisonette - we offer a personal and professional approach to the legalities of conveyancing. Moving home is considered to be one of the highest stress points in a person's life but we aim to minimise that tension by giving you a prompt, efficient and caring service during the process of changing your place of residence. If you are concerned with letting property please view our special Landlord & Tenant web page.

When you instruct us to act on your behalf we will represent you to the other person's solicitors, the Estate Agent (we know most of them in our area), the Government's Land Registry office, land owners, other parties who may dispute the details of the property (e.g. boundaries, access rights), your mortgage company (if you haven't got one we can refer you to an independent advisor), and the bankers who transfer all monies connected with the property.

In short, we can take the worry out of your hands leaving you free to concentrate on the personal details of moving home. Our offices are located near the centre of Gerrards Cross with limited parking for visitors at the rear. Otherwise parking is available in Oak End Way and Station Road (where there is a large public car park). Please contact us by telephone, fax, e-mail or letter and we will be delighted to act on your behalf.
